I have loved using greek yogurt as a substitute for high-fat ingredients such as mayonnaise and sour cream. The best part is that I don’t even taste a difference. It feels much lighter and feels more satisfying knowing that it’s a healthier option. This egg salad recipe is another one of my favorites because its easy, simple, and tasty.
I have pictured the egg salad on a lettuce wrap, but it is just as tasty on a piece of whole wheat bread! It’s very versatile – maybe even sprinkle it on a little of your salad.
